For over a decade, I’ve worked at the intersection of inner work and outer impact — building high-performing teams, coaching executives, navigating organizational change with human-centered frameworks, and developing leaders who are as grounded in their values as they are effective in their roles.
My work is rooted in the belief that real leadership begins on the inside. Whether I’m guiding a board through a governance crisis, coaching someone through a crossroads, or facilitating a workshop on conscious decision-making, the thread is always the same: sustainable leadership requires self-knowledge, not just strategy.
I bring a psycho-spiritual and integral lens to everything I do — drawing on non-violent communication, integral life practice, executive function coaching, embodied awareness, and over ten years of direct leadership experience, including currently serving as Chair of the Board of Trustees for a mission-driven institution overseeing long-term strategic growth.
I’m also completing my Executive MBA in Leadership & Strategy — not because I needed more credentials, but because I believe leaders who are serious about their work never stop learning.
